@CASHcampaigners @_EalingNews @EalingCouncil @ICOnews @_petermason At least one of the tarmacked areas was definitely paved with new slabs. They dug it up to lay or fix pipes or cables. I don’t think it’s tree-related, as the rest of the pavement is lined with trees, too.
